In the warm spring of March, when all things are reviving, a highly anticipated event in the global textile industry——the 2025 China National Textile and Apparel Council Spring Joint Exhibition brilliantly opened at the Shanghai National Exhibition and Convention Center. This three-day event includes five exhibitions: the China International Textile Fabrics and Accessories (Spring/Summer) Expo, the China International Apparel and Fashion Fair (Spring), the China International Home Textile and Accessories (Spring/Summer) Expo, the China International Textile Yarn (Spring/Summer) Exhibition, and the International Knitwear (Spring/Summer) Expo. The event showcased the new achievements and glorious chapter of the textile industry in the high-quality development stage on a grand scale.

 


This joint exhibition covered a total exhibition area of 380,000 square meters, attracting more than 5,000 exhibitors from over 30 countries and regions around the world. Globally renowned textile and apparel enterprises showcased their cutting-edge technologies and core products, demonstrating the industry's strength; major textile industrial clusters and regional Brands used this platform to make a unified appearance, highlighting their unique charm and competitive advantages; at the same time, textile and apparel Brand enterprises focusing on trendy designs and lifestyles vividly interpreted the profound connotation of fashion and culture through a combination of static product displays and dynamic fashion releases.

On the opening day, heavyweight leaders and guests including Sun Ruizhe, President of the China National Textile and Apparel Council, and Xu Kunyuan, former Vice President, were present. Many leaders, including Cao Xuejun, former first-level inspector of the Consumer Goods Industry Department of the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, and Zheng Yan, deputy director, as well as heads of various departments and member units of the China National Textile and Apparel Council, visited the various exhibition halls accompanied by the responsible persons of the exhibition organizers. During the visit, the leaders learned in detail about the new products, technologies, and solutions emerging in the textile industry, from raw fibers, yarns, and fabrics and accessories to knitwear, high-quality home textiles, and apparel, injecting strong impetus into the future development of the industry.

Among them, the 2025 intertextile spring/summer fabrics and accessories exhibition was particularly eye-catching. With an exhibition area of nearly 190,000 square meters, spanning seven exhibition halls, it brought together more than 3,100 exhibitors from 24 countries and regions around the world, showcasing the diversification and professional level of China's textile industry. On the opening day, the visiting group visited the booths of Digital Fashion Innovation Space, Hengli Group, Xinlan Textile, Mulin Sen, Nuotekesi, Yu'an Guanmo, Shenda Warp Knitting, Dashu Textile, Shangjiukai, Roman Roland, Dali Silk, Kaishiya Silk, Dayanfang Silk, Kadiya, and Lunbo Textile, gaining an in-depth understanding of the new products, technologies, and solutions launched by each enterprise.


The Digital Fashion Innovation Space attracted the participation of many enterprises with the ability to research, develop, and provide digital technologies. Among them, the "Fabrics China New Product Insight Full-Chain Solution" made its debut in a combination of static display and interactive exchange, allowing the audience to intuitively feel the charm of the perfect fusion of technology and fashion. The booth manager introduced that the launch of this solution aims to promote the digital transformation of fabric development, improve supply chain collaboration efficiency, and bring new impetus to the sustainable development of the textile industry.

2025 is not only the year of the successful completion of the 14th Five-Year Plan, but also a key node in the planning of the grand blueprint of the 15th Five-Year Plan.
